Story description: “When Twilight Sparkle returns to Canterlot from Equestria’s frontier, the unicorn finds out just how much fashions can change.
For one thing, her old friend Rarity Belle is now an alicorn.”
(By the way, when creating this edit of the original MLP screencap, I’d say most of the work was taking off Luna’s crown and peytral.)
