Huh, when she said “Nana Pinkie” I just assumed she was talking about the same grandmother she mentioned before. Why’d Pinkie have two separate unseen relatives that taught her stuff?
 
I’m honestly surprised that anyone’d have thought otherwise. I mean, I’ve been waiting for another reference to this mysterious granny since the first ep when TMPP came up.

Hey guys, guys: What if Granny/Nana Pinkie Pie is in fact our Pinkie Pie? That would explain how she knows what she knows- she’s lived through the episodes herself and then told it to herself.
 
 
The question is did she travel back in time, or is her own nature naturally cylical?

Hrmm, perhaps Granny Pie and Nana pie are split personalities of the same pony, and that concept was instilled into Pinkie Pie, which is why we have Pinkamena Diane Pie and Pinkie Pie.
 
Would be pretty dang creepy is Nana Pie and Granny Pie are ghosts that lived in Pinkie’s house and she played with them after earning her cutie mark. That’s why she isn’t scared of ghosts and laughs at them.

It’s possible. At the same time it is possible that Granny Pie and Nana Pinkie are different grandmothers to Pinkie, with Granny Pie being the mother of Clyde and Nana Pinkie being the mother of Sue. As someone with two grandmothers, they both have a different names that I call them but at the same time they still mean grandmother.
