Bit late to the party but names are a bit difficult to get 1:1 phonetics in “katakana”
katakana denotes a foreign word　that is said directly like it is in the foreign language.
To me tbh it doesn’t really look misspelled. But
It might be that セ　is “se” typed out and the translated wanted to keep the pronunciation?
Another way “misspell” is to use the wrong kanji.
This is at no fault of the translator. Translation is difficult in many regards as some phrases dont translate well especially idioms and such. Also there’s the question of do you what do you want to “keep” the flow or the message.
This is getting long …
G5 movie example of Fit right in for example “this is how a unicorn trots” is changed to “this is how a unicorn “acts cool” there is really no word for trot so the translator had to change words but keep it close to the message as possible
All that being said… The penmanship looks a bit childish and that is what they might have been going for.
Tho it is to note that this is written like at one of the highest levels of honorifics.
TLDR: Translation is hard, maybe translator wanted the childish aspect of the words.
Edit:I feel dumb the English version seemed to have come out first.
Also “bad handwriting jokes are present in other works”
