Moonshine is also a guard mare, so i wanted to give some soldier look but still keep much of her feminine tones with her eyes and mane. Then when she is right dressed, she will look like a short (she is only 157 cm tall) family person there has a supporting nature.
Its in general a good idea to do some workout from time to time so people can stay healthy. Womans has more problems to gain muscles, since their bodies is made to gain fat to prepare for future pregnancy. :)

Besides, muscles make females look better (more so than males, at least IMO) when done either in small amounts or properly in large amounts like here :D
Hell, even IRL it’s recommended that females, especially if intending to give birth, gain muscle to make their general life easier :D Maybe not a 6-pack or anything, but a noticeable increase from one’s baseline.
