Comparing the characters that have certain differences in personality, how original.

I wouldn’t be certain if they draw from every character.
But they absolutely share traits from across the Mane Six.
One could argue, however, that it’s unfair to try to compare them to the Mane Six given there aren’t any direct parallels between them. The closest individuals of the two groups are Izzy and Pinkie. And even Izzy is still different.
