She is isnt a sociopath that was made clear in frenemies. Its funny you guys in the comments all of the sudden have a Phd in psychology… cant get enough justification for dem hateboners hey?

But enough of that. I have ASPD aka Antisocial personality disorder (sociopathy/psychopathy) and I tell you she is not one. I could she her and chrysalis with NPD cozy being smarter narcissist while chrysalis as malignant one but that as far as it gets.

Didn’t say it was; people can do bad things and be so convinced they’re the right thing that there’s no “reason” for them to feel remorse… or they just bury the emotions down by focusing on the positives of what they did (in their view).

All’s I’m saying is “sociopath” is tossed around too easily these days; most sociopaths stand out because they appear to be oblivious to how other people really think, doing or blurting out offensive things unintentionally and needing to have someone explain why what they did was wrong… and still not getting it. Cozy seems pretty aware of other pony’s emotions, so she’d either not be one, or be one of the rare intelligent ones (contrary to popular media, most sociopaths score fairly low IQs).

Bonus:
“But am I a sociopath?” - If you’re asking yourself that question, the answer is almost certainly “no”. Also, if you’ve ever winced when seeing someone get injured (like seeing a skater slam their nuts against a handrail), then you’re most likely also not.

I feel “sociopath” gets tossed around a lot to just mean “does evil things”. Sociopaths just outright can’t emphasize and have to make a conscious effort to understand what other people are feeling or experiencing at an emotional level, and more importantly they don’t care outside of how it might affect them.

That doesn’t immediately make sociopaths evil, but it definitely allows them to do evil things with a lot more ease and zero remorse (outside, of course, of how the repercussions might affect them).

Cozy’s definitely evil, but I’m not sure about sociopath.
