Speaking of which, maybe New Generation could be set in the same continuity as Friendship Is Magic. And maybe New Generation is set in modern times while Friendship Is Magic is set in ancients times. Then maybe New Generation is a splinter to the Friendship Is Magic timeline. And maybe Nee Generation isn’t part of G5 at all. And hopefully or maybe we’ll get a real G5 of My Little Pony in the future.

My guess is that Izzy tried to prove she was friendly by decorating a statue with balloons, but the balloons carried the statue away, thus making things worse. Then it becomes a recurring background gag.
