In concept, there’s nothing particularly strange about showing off really difficult or incomprehensible stunts. It’s just that the show characterizes Trixie as the perpetual screw up.
I think that’s supposed to be the joke as far as the show is concerned, but real talk, if I lived in a world where everything flashy is done with magic, and I saw someone do something crazy without even a flicker of magical light, I’d be completely flummoxed.
