So just because others have failed to do something, that means we should give up? Not have anybody else have an interpretation of a series or show? I’m not saying you gotta blindly praise it, but what you’re suggesting is gatekeeping essentially. Would you rather have the show go on for longer and end up stale? Also, Star Wars? Really? You’re also forgetting this is supposed to be the same world that Twilight Sparkle; Princess of friendship and Equestria ruled over, and now everyone has segregated which means she has failed in every possible way.

It just feels like they didn’t want to move away from a cash crop that is over, and instead try to make it in their(the new people doing this) imagine.
