No one is quite sure where Doctor Whooves came from, but he s a very nice pony, if a little obsessed with how time works. He manages Ponyville’s clock tower as his main job but he is often seen tinkering away on strange devices. He and Derpy can cause quite a ruckus when some of his experiments go wrong and they might have seen a while other universe but who can really say.
