Ha hecho lo principal para evitar eso? Limpiarla por dentro cada 2 años del polvo ayuda muchisimo. Alguna app que esté generando el reinicio.. Tener archivos o imagenes muy viejas también afecta el windows (viejas de 2012 para atrás)
