If she’s serious about getting down safely, she could climb the string up to the balloon, pinch the neck to reduce airflow, bite a small hole just above the knot, and then slowly and carefully stretch the neck with her hooves to gradually let the gas out until she’s descending at a reasonable but safe pace.
