It’s a cover for “literal foalcon”, but the picture itself does not contain foalcon. Someone unfamiliar with My Little Sweetie would have no idea that there was any kind of sexual context. At most, this would be “implied foalcon”. There are similar situations for other foalcon cover art pics.
