I personally like the fantasy perspective of pansexuals with humans having relations with another human-like species. Creates something unique and different instead of the normal human interactions and I’m glad to see so much of all over the place: Hotel Transylvania, literally any anime with human and demon/vampire interactions, Johnny Bravo was one, the list keeps going on. Yeah in conclusion though both are the same with slight differences.

See, pansexual is something I’m completely fine with being a thing in a fantasy/scifi setting. You can definitely call someone like Deadpool or Namor a pansexual. You know… since they have dated death and a crab/fish person respectively.

Hard to argue that, but those that are bisexual wouldn’t normally go sleeping with someone outside of their own species. Since we’re only speaking of humans realistically, aside from the fantasy perspective in drawings and such, they would normally prefer to get in relationships with the same species over anything else. Pansexuals will try anything. Being bisexual and pan are indeed the same, but pans go waaay out of the realm of dating just people. In illustrations and cartoons where people will ship for example humans with anthros, demons, angels, elves, goblins, all sorts of humanoid types and even further than that. If you get a chance look both the words up and do a comparison and contrast. It’ll explain things better.

Bisexual means you go both ways. Pansexual means you’re up for anything and anyone, no matter what or who they are as well as age.

See that’s the part that gets me. There are only two genders, Male and Female. Saying you “go both ways” and “are up for anything” is saying the same thing.
