Understand that I’m coming from a place of tolerance when I speak about this. I myself am not a fan of diaper fetishes, or anything of that nature. However, I just find it ridiculous that anybody can find this image (by itself) offensive.
 
I totally understand the need for a diaper fetish tag, and I also understand how people can get upset when they see something they perceive as not properly tagged. However, there just really doesn’t seem to be a true ‘reason’ to call this a fetish picture (again by itself, ignoring the source) when it’s placed next to the slightly edited version displaying urinary incontinence, which definitely deserves the tag.
 
It’s just my opinion, but I’m almost 100% certain there’s a good amount of people who wouldn’t mind seeing this image, while wanting to avoid the actual fetish pictures like the plague. My solution for others would be to hide the ‘diaper’ tag if they truly wish to be rid of pictures like this, but of course it would just lead back to the same problem of hiding every picture under that category.

From the eyes of a person who saw this image before the more ‘fetish’ version, I’d say that it’s a far cry from an actual fetish image. Just looks like a cute image to me.

Fetishes involve some form of sexual pleasure or excitement from the act.
 
This (particular) picture does not showcase any form of sexual actions or innuendo. Nor does it involve urination or defecation.
 
This picture in particular, when sources and other related pictures are ignored, is not a fetish picture. Images are supposed to be tagged as stand-alone images, and on a case-by-case basis.
 
You don’t see non-pornographic Braeburned images tagged as ‘anal’ or ‘cum’ do you? Same exact situation.
