I feel like this sometimes… then I get enough fiber in my diet, and the sourceless despair stops surging so badly. sadly, nobody’s problems come from that alone, but the gut has a powerful effect on our emotions, and on how resilient they are when bad things happen, or when good things don’t. it can’t hurt to try. oatmeal is cheap. beans, frozen vegetables… 14 grams of fiber for every 1000 calories, they say. hope you feel better. take care of yourself…
