New enemy design? Why not new ally design! Here is Sunset, half-alicorn (or half-princess?) hero! And her new transformation form: Sphinxkitty! Allows her to glide across levels and pounce on her foes.

She could be either or. This kind of creature would have potential as both. As a boss she could fly back and forth across the arena and perhaps you have to lure her into crashing into a wall to stun her and make her vulnerable, while as an enemy she could be smaller and serve the same kind of role as the Scorpgal enemies :D

Possibly. I’m a ways into it right now (two labyrinths worth), but I don’t want to google anything about it for references out of fear of spoilering it. I 100%-ed Half-Genie Hero a long time ago so there was no fear there XD

Thanks! Thankfully it wasn’t too hard since the style is fairly similar to what I already work in. I just had to get the shape of the face down, which gave me some trouble. You can see how I tweaked it quite a bit, moving the eyes around and adjusting the shape of things like the jaw, by comparing this to the original sketch :P  
 
Thankfully too there’s nothing in the games that are like lions or anything like that, so there was no basis for comparison and I could basically do whatever I wanted below the head XD
