Especially for Luna since she didn’t get to enjoy life as long since her return from the moon. Making the NMM fiasco that caused Luna to lose a 1000 years of her life even more tragic.
It just makes the retirement bit bother me even more.

It is an interesting concept for sure. Kind of saddening to see Celestia age but at the same time she’s lived a long while, she’s probably ok with it.
