Unless Lightning Bliss drew this herself she doesn’t get to decide who can post this where. That is the artist’s decision. Unfortunately there appears to be no indication of who the artist actually IS here so we can’t determine if this is DNP or not, but here on Derpibooru we default to allowed when uncertain. Only if the artist comes forward AND says they don’t want this here will it be removed.
