In this image, she is “upgraded” to mark 2. Her limbs should be black.
Look at her back, she has the spine reinforcements.

Blackjack’s first cybernetics were white, a light model ment for stealth or something her second batch was black heavy duty stuff designed to take punishment. So you’re fine making them white.

Please. Pretty much every other Blackjack drawing has her with a long horn, radiation-yellowed eyes when they should have been synthetic red, weird hair colors, and/or just awful faces. In regards to the cybernetics, a bit of artistic license is more than acceptable.
