I would like that but not even something as big as Star Wars gets teaser trailers much earlier then that. For instance, you would expect to see them during the Super Bowl commercials the years the movies come out but they still wait until later in the year to make the teaser trailers.

I bet it’s later. Like next year when they release the first teaser for the movie. For comparison, the teaser for the 2017 movie was released on April 6 and the movie was released on September 24.
