Wasn’t sure if I was allowed to mention /d/ because above rating. But that was pretty much my home board and what I was referencing earlier. Bit of /gif/ too if I was looking for something animated. /b/ was too random, too fast, and had a bit too much for me to bother with it.

Actually the SA ban was worse. It permabanned all dues-paying members of that site who had posted in a pony thread. But all 4chan did was lift the pony ban intermittently in 2011 depending on how big a fag the mods felt like being. The original /b/ronies continued to keep a thread going on /b/ until recently by hacking the thread with userscripts. Good for them. /mlp/ is full of /co/lts who mostly shit on brony subculture… the only thing friendly about that forum is the breads.
