Yeah, FLuttershy may like animals but San not only treated wolves as family but she even acted and behaved like a wild animal, she was hot-headed, stubborn, brutal, impatient around humans and only once showed a softside for them and only one human.

San is a very aggressive character.
Fluttershy can be like that when she want, but i can hardly imagine her as san: living in the everfree forest and being part of a timberwolves pack.
