Or, Luster could have easily gone to Twilights school, made some friends, they move on and she never sees them again, feels down, and reaches the conclusion she recites in “The last problem” that if Friendship’s die away in the end, why bother making them? It’s not a stretch at all to suggest that Luster is Star’s daughter.
Very much unlikely. In fact, I think she could’ve been too overbearing with it, that it drove Luster away from friendship. Either that, or Luster independently developed her own worldview later in life in her own rebellious phase.
Do you honestly think that Starlight, of all people, would neglect teaching her own daughter about the things that were so important to her?
They could sent her to be with Twilight when she was really young. And if teaching friendship was taking the time of her parents, it makes sense that Luster was not enthusiastic towards it.
You are the best
The Princess of Friendship is her teacher.
“Luster, you need to learn about the importance of friendship…at the school your mom and dad run. Because somehow this fact eluded you for most of your life.”
No, the idea that Luster is Starlight’s daughter makes no sense at all.
Wrong.
Mother and daughter.
