Princess Celestia is making one of the Mane Six give Cerberus obedience lessons. The rest of them have already given her reasons that they can’t do it. (Before you ask, Fluttershy’s is that she can’t abandon the other animals she’s caring for during the winter to sit by the gates of Tartarus.) Pinkie is probably smug that, by keeping Rarity on the hook, she’s averted Celestia simply ordering one of them to do it despite their obligations.
