So yes just a manestyle change. What you said pretty much concludes it along with my prior observation.
That would make sense if you look closely you’ll see that fun bun is still an earth pony pen snowhorn and you’ll see that they still have their cutie marks I doubt switching bodies would cause them to switch cutie marks as well
I think the idea is that Lyra either body swapped them into Starlights and Trixie’s bodies or just gave them their manestyles. Given the color of their eyes and the tag ‘Alternate Hairstyle’; the latter seems more possible.
