Something similar to tortures with bleeding wounds and pernament damage - unlikely, I don’t like to make character suffer. But possible, for example in so grotesque way that it becomes hillarious, not grimdark (like Tom&Jerry or Happy Tree Friends).
Sometimes I draw detailed intestines during large penetrations, or heavily distored body during penetration. This is not technically grimdark, but still grosses out many people.
