I don’t think they were removed, but take from it what you will. I just think it’s a “She was fixed” thing but last episode, she appeared, still Derp eyed so fuck the haters, Derpy’s still Derping!

I normally don’t like these “Derpygate” images, but I kinda like this one. It’s pretty sad, and a bit heart-rending. (Considering some fans felt Derpy/Ditzy wasn’t what they expected.) And the bandages suggesting they “fixed” her eyes, and voice are a nice touch.
 
Though, personally I don’t have anything against the voice change, and sense they can’t use “Derpy” anymore, I don’t mind calling her “Ditzy Doo,” or something else personally for merchandise purposes, and such.

I like these images meant to depress us. Especially when they are so simple. Implying Derpy had her eyes and vocal chords removed is pretty horrible. Impressive she was still able to write clearly.
