This is my first time editing the background so that it becomes transparent….and I screwed up pretty badly. Oh well.

I definitely knew this artstyle, but I couldn’t remember whose it was. It is yours, and your art looks nice.
 
Oh, and JPEG files can’t have transparent backgrounds. You need to upload a PNG instead, and manually make it transparent.
 
If you open this digitally in an image editor which has an automatic selection tool, you can quickly select the background, and safely clear it with an eraser. Just don’t forget to save it as a PNG.

Hi Sumil, I know your trying to upload the image without a background but could you upload the whole scan to the website instead? The reason being T72B has been doing an excellent job at not only cropping traditional images, but also flushing out the colours.
