And considering his journal regarding the “plucking” pictures, he seems pretty pretentious too.
Seriously, I would dislike him a lot less if he just picked up what the hell he wants to do in a story and stick with it.
Don’t forget the ones he says he like the most are treated the worst and the ones he likes less he treats better, most times.
I tend to judge things by the rule rather than the exception.
And the rule is that Gavalanche often draws very, very depressing and horrifying stuff, and doesn’t seen to agree wether he was going for drama or black humor in his work, with goofy expressions and exagerated responses blending in with things like ponies being broken by a previous rape, or Celestia being ridiculously cruel to a child and her sister, not to mention Rarity being the most horrible pony on earth.
