Hey, that’s what I use. It is a really simple and nice drawing application for mobile devices that supports transparency and layering.
 
Here is a tip that you may or may not use already: When you are trying to draw a line through a differently-colored line, you can create another layer, move it a layer down, draw the line, and then merge the two layers. This way, you do not have to redraw the original line.
