Transformers and FiM crossing over kinda makes sense. But to be frank, out of those options? I’d rather no crossover at all.

Transformers would probably be the most likely crossover, being another Hasbro property and they can avoid “Humans in Equestria”.
 
Then again, IDW is doing Mars Attacks KISS. Yes, the band KISS. IDW can make anything work.
