Personality:  
The West Rain is the Rainbows eldest daughter. She is the same pony as her mother: fast, dexterous, bold, but unlike her, Rain doesnt like to show off and show her skills for praise. Pony likes to make fun of his friends, and everyone except Persephone ignores her jokes. West Rain and Persephone often argue among themselves, and when the second hears jokes about her, it is better not to approach these two, since you risk being at the center of their quarrel. But despite this, Rain is a wonderful friend and companion. Rain often looks at Wonderbolts training, but she doesnt want to become one of them. Pony explains this: “I am self-taught and want to improve me myself, because pressure on the other hand will not help me to reach the goal.” Parents often asked her if she had changed her mind, but West’s answer is always one.  
Many ponies are surprised at how pegasus flies so fast and well, but no one knows that West in her youth could not even tear herself away from the ground, because she was afraid, and her family’s support and training helped her become a good flyer.
 
Relationships:  
West Rain often goes to the Wonderbolts Academy together with her mother, and everyone there knows her. She communicates very well with everyone, easily finds a common language. Some teachers want to see her among their students, because the pony learns quickly, but Rainbow says her daughter chooses another way.   Pegasus has a very good relationship with her family. She was always good companion in company, talking about the adventures, in which she and her friends been. Previously, West constantly flew race with either her mother or her dad. Even now, despite her role as Guardian of the Protection, Rain doesnt forget to visit her parents.
 
Ray - Ray often sees her younger sister, Toxic Cloud. They were friends in their childhood, but there were small quarrels because of trifles. Now they are ready to help each other. Toxic and West have great differences in their characters and interests, but they serve as an example of good relations between sisters.
 
Of course, the pegasus communicates well with her friends. With them, she spends the most time helping, communicating with them or just like that. She doesn`t have any big differences with anyone except Persephone, but Persie is the best friend of the West.
 
Talent:  
Storm clouds often carry a danger not only for unicorns and earth ponies, but also pegasus including. West always knew how to handle them, to avoid lightning by the parties and to drive away such clouds. Of course, this is dangerous, but in Rain there has never been a lightning from a storm cloud
