Me everytime I follow instructions to make food.
Maybe the artist thought that the point of her wing would be exactly aligned with the visible point of her chest, making it not visible, but it looks a bit off as you say. The animation makes it more noticeable. He could have forgotten to unhide layers or something, but i doubt it.
