I’m really more concerned with consistency within a particular thread of thought than plausibility. That said, I don’t see anything about the rape racks with a credit card machine being implausible. The picture shows no real background, and you can’t see what else is going on in the room. Is there an attendant making sure that you pay? Are the girls somehow covered when the machine hasn’t been used? Perhaps pony pussy is so cheap most people don’t mind paying even when there’s no physical barriers to stop you, much like with a parking meter. Subways in Germany operate on the same principal. There’s no physical impediments to keep you off the train they just have ticket checkers that walk around on the train after it’s left the station.

And Equestrian society seems to lean at least slightly towards being female-dominated, so if anything it would likely be the stallions who’d be passed around like a tray of hors d’oeuvres.

Humans probably average about halfway between herd and individualistic behaviors. Horses tend strongly toward herd with some individualistic streaks, and the ponies are about halfway between the two. Also, the ponies were supposed to exhibit psychology akin to actual horses. Hence the eagerness to do things en masse, the xenophobia, the inability to cope with trauma, and other such traits.

In modern society, this is true. However, in times past, rape was not a crime. It was just something people did. In a society like that, it would be largely independent of an honor system’s demands on a citizen’s behavior.

Initially. Also consider that ponies, being herd animals, would be more inclined than humans to contributing to the well-being (so to speak) of the collective and therefore less likely to act selfishly in a way that damages other ponies’ entertainment. Of course, it’s highly ironic to be saying this about what is clearly a demeaning situation for the Spa Twins, but remember also that ponies are inherently more obedient (to known authorities) than humans and the two of them probably didn’t put much question to the proposal of their current situation.
 
Which I personally think adds to the general villainy behind this picture, because something that might otherwise have been offered willingly is being taken by force. It’s a pet peeve of mine.
