I finished making her today, December 10th. I have made it specifically for my niece, who wanted a girly model. It is the first model printed with my own (and new) printer I tried my best. I began deleting all the folding lines on the template. That complicates a bit the building but the result is much better. Then I printed it at half is size. There are not tiny pieces and I don’t like big models. This one, as I have made it, is 16 cm tall. As usual, I had problems. First, I deleted in the template by mistake three cutting lines for the ears (my fault for not reading the instructions before beginning). And then, I had too many problems glueing the rear legs to the rump. Maybe, instead of following the order suggested in the instructions, it would be better to fold the front and the rear of the mare separately and then join them at the end.

Terminé de hacerla hoy, 10 de diciembre. La he hecho expresamente para mi sobrina, que quería una figura de chicas. Es el primer modelo que he impreso con mi propia (y nueva) impresora La hice lo mejor que pude. Empecé borrando todas las líneas de plegado. Eso complica un poco el montaje pero el resultado merece la pena. Entonces la imprimé a la mitad de su tamaño. No hay piezas pequeñas en este modelo y no me gustan las figuras grandes. Ésta, tal como la he hecho, mide 16 cm de alto. Como siempre, tuve problemas. Primero, resulta que borré también en la plantilla tres líneas de corte para las orejas (culpa mía por no leerme las instrucciones antes de empezar). Y segundo, tuve muchos problemas pegando las patas traseras al culo de la yegua. Quizá, en lugar de seguir el orden sugerido en las instrucciones, debería haber armado por separado las partes delanteras y traseras del modelo y pegarlas juntas justo al final.
