Being a Wonderbolt isn’t all glamour. It takes a lot of hard work to do what they do, including rigorous physical conditioning.
 
And these mares do the works to stay in shape. Curl ups, wing ups, push ups, stair crawls, bench pressing while getting your tummy tickled-wait what?

Anyway, after going through all that, it’s good to just grab a can of BONK and cool down with your teammates. That’s what Rainbow Dash and Stormy have decided to do, and it seems that Captain Spitfire decided to join them. To compliment them on some good PT perhaps? Or maybe she thinks Flitter and Cloudchaser are onto something…
 
Anyway, just a little something I decided to do. I’ve always been a fan of pics of the mares working out (sports bras and shorts <3) and I did want to do something with Storm Blaze again. I also had this gym set laying around and thought now would be a good time to put it to some use.
 
Also there’s virtually no post-processing work on this render. The lighting more or less came out just how I wanted it to in SFM. You have no idea how much of a relief it is to be able to get the scene lit in engine and not have to spend an hour in Photoshop tweaking stuff.
 
I’m tempted to revisit this scene. If I do you can probably guess what’s going to happen to Stormy and Rainbow…and maybe Spitfire. We’ll see.
