I still like to think a human Twilight would be either a Ashkenazi or Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Hebrew; if nothing else, simply because her brother marrying an ostensibly Europe-inspired princess would be a huge middle finger to all the generations of people who persecuted the Jews in Europe for centuries.
