On her way to finish up clearing the sky for the weather Patrol, Rainbow Dash spots a particularly surprising guest on the outskirts of Ponyville, the one and only Daring Do herself! The beautiful and adventurous mare from her favorite book series.
 
Rainbow Dash flies down to welcome her, and give her a warm welcome to Ponyville. She nearly comes to ask her for Daring’s autograph, but didn’t want to waste her time since neither of them had a quill or paper to sign… Instead, Daring asks Rainbow Dash exactly HOW big of a fan she was, and answered a few trivia questions, then Daring requested her to lay on her back.
 
RD understood what this meant, in one of the less mainstream spin-off stories it once made note that Daring Do could incapacitate her captors with the stench of her farts when under a dire amount of anxiety or concentration.
 
Dashie smiled at her idol with wide eyes, to silently thank her ahead of time. Then Daring rips flank, at point blank range in her face… But surprisingly Rainbow Dash happily endures it. With nopony else around, she let her most cherished idol fart all over her. Each blast of hot, stinking wind in her face reminded her of the vivid descriptions of a pharaoh’s tomb being opened the first time for 1,000 year. At any rate though, she loved it. And Daring did too…
 
When the adventure mare finished, Dashie gave her a quick kiss on the flank to thank her, making her face light up bright red. Daring then ripped out another silent yet deadly burst of stink into Rainbow Dash’s face, which caught her off guard but she took a whiff from it all the same.
 
Daring then departed, having arrangements for a fan-celebration to be arranged soon. She offered Rainbow Dash an invite to it then went off after they exchanged farewells. RD might not have expected this, but the stinking scent of lingering gas on her face kept it clear; Daring is just as cool outside of the books. She only gained an even more personal attachment to her favorite series now…
