Personally I got access the 10.
They were able to grab it on consoles at release time. Steam though is always late to the party and likes to do things at 10 am PST usually.
Super fun so far, hope everyone else is enjoying it! (I kind of miss the pixels though)
my steam page says the game is wont be unlocked until 2 more hours.
