The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Lensing effects. The near portion, being thicker as well as curved downwards by the effects of gravity on the entire length of each whisker, reflects light differently than the tips. The glare of sunlight on the tip of each whisker is being directed at least in part at the viewer. At the base, each whisker is directing a negligible amount of light at the viewer. Being a white rabbit, your whiskers are practically clear, so it’s really the glare and redirected sunlight that makes them visible except up very close. It’s like asking why you don’t see a window, but see what’s outside of it.

Now, what I want you to explain, Angel, is why you always angle yourself to the sun or sources of artificial illumination to take advantage of that effect. Explain that, if you can.
