Ah, that’s some metadata shit that the program you were opening it with likely could not understand.
no idea how to fix, just open and save in something like photoshop or GIMP, iunno.

That’s just it, the transparency was still there, just not entirely. It was like someone took the rectangle tool then cut random pieces of the background out and set that to transparent. I honestly have no idea what causes it and don’t have the faintest idea of how to isolate it. Displays fine in the browser though.

It’s a transparent image, removing the transparency is what you’re doing there.
