The frame used for this is an animation error, which is why there are random highlights floating in the middle of her mane and wings. It looks like the highlight layer isn’t moving with the rest of the daki as it falls. Compare the parts before Caballeron knocks it off the henchpony’s back and you’ll see what I mean.

Good news! It’s a vector, so you can just get the file and change the resolution to whatever you want.
 
 
Also, edited the file, caches will take a while. Sigh, why would I ever expect Inkscape to not freak the fuck out when bending a circle…
