Description
Through the forest of slumber, comes the stalker of dreams. Her ways are mysterious, and sometimes most frightening. Look not upon your princess of the night with blind eyes, for she is the teacher of the night, and she will never mislead you. If the way she shows you is dark and treacherous, remember that the only way to leave this behind is to keep on following, into the darkness head on. Face it with bravery and courage, and you will defeat the nightmare that besets you. Only then will you understand your deepest fears and conquer them.
And it just conveniently resembles NMM.

Well, it’s not exactly meant to be either Luna or Nightmare moon. Moreso it’s a depiction of a slightly more frightening version of Luna, as though you might imagine a twisted nightmarish version of someone you know in a nightmare. The piece reflects what you might expect of a dream instead of what might be considered real.
@Bluetech
Ah cool lol
Yeah it’s pretty neat. The building it’s self looks kind of bizarre from the outside as well. It’s definitely something to check out if you’re in the area.
I happen to love Giger’s work too. This is uncanny!
That gallery looks like a sweet place. That’s a very interesting painting as well.
Indeed. Though even moreso than Dali, H.R. Giger is probably my favorite of all. His work is really dark, but I love the style of it.
I saw this one at the AGO in Toronto Ontario. http://www.cvltnation.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Salvador-Dali-painter-surrealism-picture-phenomenon-of-the-face-and-the-vase-with-fruit-on-the-beach.jpg
Why thank you. You’ve got exceptional taste as well, good sir. I happen to like the more abstract forms of artwork, since you’re free to come up with your own interpretation of what a painting means.
That’s pretty sweet. Which one did you see and where?
Firstly, thanks for that awesome comment! :D
You’ve got good taste. One of my favorite artists of all. :D
I was fortunate enough to see one of Dali’s paintings in person one time.
