Seriously, that is all this guy is. A fucking villain sue blown up to be five times the actual threat he is. Celestia and luna could incinerate him, and the sole reason they haven’t (despite somehow mudering rainbow dash, shining, etc), is because of the purest and most blatant plot convenience ever. Cause ‘reasons’ rather than an actual explanation.
Hell, he is obviously weaker than the regal sister. There is no reason for hsi continued existence outside of just killing more canon characters and just raw incompetence. Discord could kill him, and in the story he is actively fighting the war.

All i am seeing is utterly wasted money and effort.
