Pinkamena later regretted all the times she had forced escaping foals back down her throat, once she realized they’d grown too large to come out at all. It however doesn’t stop them from trying to escape, unless she swallows stuff they demand.  
Following their requests isn’t much better though, as she more often than not find herself having to gulp down something undigestable. Feeling the item bulge her throat at it slowly making its way into her already upset stomach always makes her flinch. She also knows that things eventually might come back out one exit or another if no pony want it anymore or accidentally push it into a bad spot in there.  
Luckily she still have all her friends there for her and can also collect a dozen unemployment benefits, all to spend on herself. So she quite content despite her on and off tummy aches.
