equestria has reached its apex of modern technology in the year 2066, but under the faulty rule of a corrupt elements of harmony and princesses that have lived so long they no longer care as long as they remain rich and comfortable, there is violence, rape and inner city war. one gang has taken control over the entirety of downtown. “The Gentry Disciples.” now deal guns and drugs into every street corner and back alley in downtown, or as the locals call it, “under city.” because its so different from the upper class secondary level of canterlot. It was walled off,locked away, and patroled my the military day and night. But gentry has come knocking, and now its the duty of the “Canterlot Enforcement Military.” to take back under city. no matter the cost. but in a world of drive by’s being part of everyday life, body parts sold out of back rooms and drugs can be bought out of back door vending machines. are they ready for the jungle?
 
rules: players can be a gentry gangster or part of the C.E.M, players can have as many o.c’s or cannon as they want on either side. itll be a blood bath so no being butt hurt if your character dies. no o.p characters and even though this is the future nothing crazy. think call of duty advanced warfare, or ghost recon tech. happy dying!…wait…i mean playing!

C.E.M Penal Squad ‘Forlorn Hope’
 
Name: Brad  
Age: 32  
Gender: Male  
Role: Leader  
Notes: A former special forces commando, he loves combat and killing, but he hates crime, believing criminals to be ungrateful for the sacrifices he made for them to protect their rights…at least that’s what he’ll say. He married at one point but the marriage dissolved after killing his father-in-law in a hunting trip, Brad’s defense was a simple, “He was an asshole and deserved it,” rather than executing him and wasting his talent he was given charge of a penal squad and his sentence was to serve until he died. Course it’s not really punishment for him since he loves war; he’s charming, likable, and psychopathic.

Role: 2nd in command  
Notes: Unlike Brad, Dixon is more level headed but is no less dangerous. He too was a commando, he traded in his military life for a domestic life though this transition didn’t work out and after a couple of months he murdered his boss after a heated argument. Like Brad he was placed in the penal squad to serve until he dies.

Role: Close quarters expert  
Notes: Growing up under the thumb of the Disciples and bullies, he was submissive until his sister was beaten by her boyfriend who claimed to be a Disciple, he lost it and bashed his head in with a baseball bat. Rather than regret it, he enjoyed it. He was put in the penal squad to serve his sentence in the army, he proved to be an exceptional soldier but preferred to bludgeon enemies to death.

Role: Interrogator and knife expert  
Backstory: Before, Hugo was a successful lawyer though his conscience tortured him since he was a defense attorney and often found himself defending murderers and rapists. He finally snapped after he won a trial that he was actively trying to lose, from then on he hunted down all of his former clients that he believed were guilty and tortured them to make them confess their crimes then murdered them. He was assigned to the penal squad by the C.E.M after showing skill with interrogation by only using a knife.

Role: Sniper  
Notes: A sniper with renowned talent, only when he returned he had nothing. Feeling like his talents were going to waste he became a hitman but was caught and placed in the penal squad. Cold and methodical, he lives to see his enemies heads blow up. He hardly talks and when he does it’s usually about his kills. When asked why he didn’t just stop he said that killing was the only thing he was good at.

Role: Demolitions expert  
Backstory: An army grenadier and explosive expert who had an unhealthy obsession with White Phosphorus. In one incident, he burned the flesh off of his left arm and it had to be amputated, it’s replaced with a prosthetic with a built in grenade launcher and flamethrower of his own design. He was labeled as mentally unfit to continue service and was discharged…he didn’t take it too well and long story short he was placed in the penal squad after burning down a bar in what he claimed was an accident, “It was supposed to blow up.” He likes hearing the screams of enemies as they are either blown up or being burned, he’s anxious and often impatient.

Backstory: Growing up in the lower district he made a living as a mechanic and getaway driver. He would often mod his cars to push them beyond what they’re normally capable of. He was caught after a botched bank robbery and was saved when the C.E.M noticed how heavily modified the getaway car was. He was placed in penal squad and acts as a driver and engineer, the squad often uses vehicles modified by him.

Backstory: The hippogriff had nothing except his claws and sheer bloody minded determination, when THE boss saw the little cub lay the beatdown on a few of his goons he knew he had found his bodyguard and took him in, growing up in the gentry he is now the right hand of the boss, most trusted agent, bodyguard and most loyal family member.

The sooner we get into gentry turf the better.” one thug said clutching his rifle outside the warehouse looking uncomfortable. “Hey chill bro.” his partner said as he loaded the last crate. A zen slash inhaler fell out. He picked it up and sucked up its contents. They were just one car in a heavily guarded drug convoy. Rolling through a small portion of upper city on thier way to gentry.

“Radio in support!” another yells. Sperbers radio crackles to life as he lounges on a roof top. “Any avalibe muscle. We need you on the south lunar bridge. Weve been hit hard!” an explosion fills the speaker with white noise “watch where your aiming that thing stupid!” it clicks off.
