Everyone: rule #0 is the most important rule on this site. You can argue about ideas; you can debate them, dismantle them, berate them, insult them (up to and including calling them retarded - if they are). You cannot insult people. The moment you start calling people names you lose the argument.

Well… if smiling doesn’t give him a top baiter tag, I would be mightily disappointed. Then again, they could be serious, and the writing style might just look like familiar.

Twilight being kinda dim makes a certain amount of sense to me. In real life, people who ten to have high intelligence also tend to be a bit dim in certain matters. That’s why in cartoons inventors tend to be portrayed as nitwits when not inventing. And Twilight is shown to be highly intelligent in matters of magic and science.

I half-expected them to take the pinkie costume and as keepsake! LOL!

i still remember what happened to a city here when a devastating typhoon made the survivors loot a shopping mall. one of the items carried off was one of those supermarket refrigerators…

The book seems to be the Daring Do number that started the whole escape operation, at least it is being carried by the helmet Changeling, which was posing as Chrysalis. Perhaps he was not lying (completely) and actually did wanted to read it.

One of the couch carriers seems to be the Changeling equivalent of Pinkie Pie/Sonata Dusk. And you could expect somepony like that to carry the couch alright.

Curious how this leaves Chrysalis and her army status in the same state as what currently she has in the show (at large, and completely free to do whatever she wants). Not that the comic haters would care much anyway, it could had been 20 continuous page of nothing but “IDW SUCKS, TV SHOW IS SUPERIOR” and they would still found something to dislike on it.

A lot of the time it seems the only comic arcs people here remember are three, Reflections, the bulls story, and the current one at the given moment. And because of that “OMG, IDW IS GARBAGE”
