The point I meant to make is that even with some subject that a person would normally be inclined to react to positively or at least neutrally, certain people would downvote basically because they see a number of people had already upvoted it.

Perfect? Nothing is perfect in this reality. That’s bias. Everything can have legitimate complaints. So nothing is “safe” from it.

Well, those were questionable quality anyway with legitimate complaints but instead broad appeal, but some people do dislike the idea of something being ‘perfect’ and go through all kinds of loops to justify disliking them.
