This reminds me of a fanfic. It was a clopfic, but then it got serious and darker. Same guy who wrote Death Note Equestria, so I should have seen that coming.

just type Grogar on this sight, you find plenty of thing that make him intimidating, but to give you a rundown, he’s a ram, not a billy goat, yes their of the same family but are two different animals, he’s large, say larger then Luna but not Celestia, he has sharp teeth, a short temper, has dark greyish-blue fur, glowing red eyes (side note: have you ever looked into a goat or sheep’s, their god dame creepy, their demon spawn) he also has varies creatures at his command, like goblins and other similar weak willed begs, Grogar also has Bray the Donkey his sidekick, he is Grogar commander gives orders and try’s to be threatening but he is completely bubbling and clumsy that even the people he gives orders to don’t take him seriously, I’ll leave the rest to you

Fair point, I simply have no idea who the villain would be, which is why I said so little about it :p
I’m just trying to imagine a character design that has a Billy Goat be threatening.

and no, if they make him a different animal then there’s no point of it being Grogar is it, and a Gorgon(Medusa) dose not represent identity, it represents death, Grogar is a necromancer, they represent curses, black magic and the summoning of the dead, he’s also a conqueror and slaver, if you change one peace of that then you’ll just not get it and tick a lot of people off

I don’t know. The idea sounds awesome but the whole point of the EQG movies is that they are taking place in this alternate universe where everypony is a human at a high school. I wouldn’t want an EQG movie that mostly takes place in Equestria and neither I do want to see the EQG dimension in the FiM-Movie. Keep them separated. ;)

Took a quick look at his bio, interesting. They haven’t had a billy goat for an enemy yet, though his bell could be retconned to have something to do with the bridge between the worlds as it seems to do something similar with the way it summons a dark city. However, G4 seems to be mainly Greek influenced for their adversaries, so maybe they could do a redesign? Maybe turn him into a giant boar? Though, the villain should be a reflection of the theme of the film, which here would be dualities being identical, OR they would be the antithesis of this theme for contrast…so a monster of Greek origin(or inspiration) that is contending personalities or something along the lines of personal conflict(Perhaps Medusa? Though how to turn her into a world destroyer…)

how dose Grogar sound as the main villain of your plot, think about it, the barrier between world’s has weakened enough that the realm of darkness begins to return, Grogar was banished there before even Celestia, Luna and Discord where born and is like “If I can’t have Equestria, I’ll have this would instead”
This pic is interesting…. this could actually be a relevant point of the plot of the third movie…
Plus, most of the pictures of science twilight shows her wearing pants, but we actually don’t know if she was actually wearing pants or if she was wearing a skirt as the other EG girls

That’s really frighteningly plausible. Like what if Mirror!Twilight never learned friendship at all, what with the lacking of a demi-diety to manipulate her life in that direction, and the result was a cold and calculating mad scientist who didn’t care about friendship and was lacking in the empathy department?
Now I want to see Pony!Twilight strapped to a gurney with Mirror!Twilight ominously approaching with a scalpel. “I wonder if we’re the same color on the inside…?” Or better yet, what if she wants to go to Equestria to gather up some specimens? “Now to find out if pegasi have avian or equestrian skeletal structures…” “Let’s take a closer look at the unicorn horn’s nerve structure…”
Okay, let it be known that I’m largely indifferent to Equestria Girls, like I don’t like or hate it, but if Mirror!Twilight is a straight-up villain I will dive head FRIGGING FIRST INTO THE EQUESTRIA GIRLS FANBASE. I WILL FAN THAT SO HARD IT WON’T EVEN BE FUNNY.
